A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve retreat dates.

If cancellation is necessary, please do so at least two weeks prior to the retreat.

Payment in full is due two weeks before your retreat. You will be billed.

No refunds will be given for retreat participants who cancel after payment has been received.

Please allow us around 10 minutes to introduce ourselves and our facility.

All meals will be provided by Buffalo Ridge staff. You may bring your own snacks.

No smoking in any of the facilities.

No pets please.

The group leader should be the first one to arrive at Buffalo Ridge Retreat Center and should check in with the staff upon arrival.

Because of the rural location of Buffalo Ridge, it is best for guests to arrive before dark if possible.

Guests should not arrive before 8:00 am or after 6 pm unless otherwise arranged with the office.

Group members should be told beforehand where to meet once they arrive.

Park in designated parking areas and assist Buffalo Ridge with protecting the natural environment. Please do not park on the grass.

Have each member of your group fill out a guest registration card (couples may fill out one card). This is so we know who is on property in case of an emergency.

There are times when burn bans are in place during dry weather in Kansas.

Please check with Buffalo Ridge staff if you would like a fire in either the fire pit or Fireside Room, as well as before using the grills.
