General Policies: • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve retreat date. (Make checks payable to His Way Ministries.) • Payment in full is due two weeks before your retreat. You will be billed. • If cancellation is necessary, please do so at least three weeks prior to the retreat. • No refunds will be given for retreat participants who cancel after payment has been received. • All meals will be provided by Buffalo Ridge staff. You may bring your own snacks. • No smoking in any of the facilities. • No pets please. Day Group Retreat Rates: $75 - Facilities Fee (includes Fireside Room & Farm House) Breakfast - $5 per person Lunch - $7 per person Dinner - $9 per person We accept checks, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. After submitting this form, you will be contacted by our office to confirm your retreat dates and to give you a total cost.
