Do you feel uneasy, uncertain, or frustrated about the condition or direction of your local church?  It is probable that an objective analysis of your local church, done by Chaplain James Robinson, who has had a long and broad experience with churches, both non-denominational and of various denominations, would be beneficial to your church. Often this provides the basis for planning to eliminate, or overcome, problems and move ahead with a church that models what a New Testament church should be.

Our desire is to serve the church and thus our fees are very minimal. Private consultation for as long as you feel is necessary or helpful is $100 plus expenses. That can take place either at our facilities at Buffalo Ridge or at the location where you are.  This consultation can be initiated by any staff person or any member of the church.  Complete confidentiality is assured.  Private payment is accepted.

The complete church analysis that we do requires us to spend several days at the church location and to meet with staff, the ruling body of the church, and a number of church members. The costs for this will vary with the individual church, depending on geographic location of church, size of staff and membership, and the unique problems encountered.

The complete analysis will be done only by invitation of the church board or whatever entity is the ruling body of the church.  We would generally start with a confidential consultation with a staff person or member of the church.  Then this individual would present the recommendations, if he feels led to do so, to the church leadership.
