Lauri has been with His Way Ministries since 1991.  She manages the His Way office and helps oversees retreats including helping with cooking and housekeeping for guests of Buffalo Ridge. She was born in Eastern Colorado and grew up in Arkansas.  She attended Bodenseehof Bible School in Germany in 1990-1991.   David joined the His Way Ministries team on a part-time basis in September 2006.  He lives at Buffalo Ridge and volunteers time doing maintenance and landscaping. He recently finished requirements for a Kansas teaching licence in science.  He is currently substitute teaching in local schools and looking for a full-time teaching position.  David has a Master’s Degree in Horticulture and a PhD in Plant Pathology. He was a professor for six years at Cal Poly University in San Luis Obispo, California.  David also has a heart for youth, and has been involved in ministering to young people for many years.  David and Lauri were married on June 2, 2007.
