Sam & Karen Renfro and their family have joined the His Way team here at Buffalo Ridge on a provisional basis, dependent on them raising the financial support they need to continue to minister here on a more permanent basis. They have already been a tremendous help and blessing.

Both Sam and Karen graduated from Baptist Bible College- East (New York campus at
the time, now located in Boston, Mass).  They married in 1980.   For five years Sam served as an associate pastor in Long Island, New York, and then in Baltimore, Maryland.   They then worked at Clearwater Christian College in Clearwater, Florida.   From there they accepted an associate pastor position in Kansas City, Kansas and served there around 3 years.   They moved to Houston, Texas to minister with a retiring pastor, with intention of assuming pastorate following his retirement.  Sam and Karen have worked with all age groups, ranging from nursery to youth, college and senior citizens. Involved with leading and training of small group ministries. Sam has been involved with many aspects of construction throughout their ministry as well.  

Sam and Karen ave 10 children, (7 boys, 3 girls).  Six are still at home. They also have one granddaughter.  Please pray with us that the Lord would continue to raise up their remaining support.  If you would be interested in contributing toward their financial support please contact us.
